TiVA’s hydraulic intake bar racks offer minimal head losses thanks to their optimal hydraulic design. This means that the gap width can be reduced without negatively affecting the head loss, benefiting both fish and power plant owners.
COMPETITIVE PRICE
Compared to a traditional flat iron intake bar racks, TiVA’s racks are both lighter and more cost-effective to manufacture. The bars are made of high-corrosion-resistant stainless steel (EN 1.4301) as standard, ensuring a long service life.
MODULAR
The racks are manufactured in modules with lengths of up to 3 meters and a width of up to 1.5 meters for smooth series assembly. Since each module is assembled individually, the gap width can be adjusted as needed. The normal gap width is usually between 10-20 mm.
